A seven-storey building under construction has collapsed in Lagos, trapping a yet-to-be ascertained number of people under its rubble.

A cement mixer truck was said to have driven into the building columns and damaged them.
Emergency responders have arrived the scene , while search and rescue operations have been activated.
A statement from Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA indicates that
few people who sustained injuries are being treated, while there is no fatality.
