Court Dismisses suit on Zamfara Governor’s defection
A Federal High Court sitting in Gusau has dismissed a suit filed before it challenging the defection of Zamfara State Governor, Bello Muhammad from PDP to APC in June, 2021.
The presiding Judge, Justice Aminu Baffa Aliyu ruled that the court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the case.
