Tukur Mamu an alleged Terrorist Negotiator has been arranged before the Federal high Court, Abuja.
Tukur Mamu was Arranged on a 10 Count Charge bordering on terrorism financing.
Mamu pleaded not guilty to all the counts.
The Presiding Judge Justice Inyang Ekwo ordered the defendant to be detained in the facility of the DSS pending the hearing of his bail application.
The Defendant was arrested on 6th September, 2022 In Cairo and repatriated to Nigeria.
