NIGER: NOUN Matriculates 480 Students in Minna Study Centre

Speaking during the ceremony on Saturday, Prof. Abdalla Adamu ,Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) advised the students to take their studies seriously.

He said that the university is an Open Distance Learning institution providing access to higher education for qualified candidates.

Represented by Dr Francis Gana, Director
of the Study Centre, he urged the new students to be focussed to achieve their set objectives.

He said that the University is well prepared to contribute to the global human technological development through the provision of qualified manpower.

He said that the University is increasing its momentum in the pursuit of its objectives to make its operations familiar and relevant to its teeming students.

He called on the matriculating students to be diligent in their studies and conduct themselves properly at all times.( NAN)
