Attaining a Judiciary that is sensitive to the yearnings of the people can only be achieved if its affairs are brought to the full knowledge of the citizenry. The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Muhmud Muhammad stated this at a workshop organized by the National Judicial Institute in Abuja.
