NCC Unveils Strategic Plan

The Nigerian Communication Commission N.C.C. has unveiled a new five year strategic management plan to drive its Telecom Regulatory Mandate. The Executive Vice Chairman of N.C.C., Dr. Eugene Juwah at the event says the process is the culmination of over twelve months of industry consultations.
