Works Minister Briefs PDP

Peoples Democratic Party, PDP says it remains committed and focused in its efforts to provide the necessary political direction so that the policy frameworks contained in its manifesto are fully realized for the benefit of all Nigerians. The National Chairman of PDP, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur gave the indication at the flag off of ministerial briefing at the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja. The PDP National Chairman says the Ministerial briefing is in furtherance of it’s determination to ensure that all appointers of government fully deliver on their mandates. Alhaji Bamanga added that the present administration’s effort to improve peoples living standards must be showcased.

The Minister of Works. Mike Onolememen said a lot has been achieved in the transformation of Nigerian roads. He said the present administration of President Jonathan will still do more to address the challenges on Nigerian roads. The Minister of State, Works Ambassador Bashiru Yuguda said an independent monitoring team has been constituted in all the six geo-political zones to give quarterly reports on the state of Nigerian roads. The Minister of Youths also briefed the PDP.
