MARITIME SECURITY: NNS Aradu To Be Refitted In Deal With Turkish Company
The Nigerian Navy has entered a deal with a Turkish company to refit its Warship, NNS Aradu, reported as deplorable in 2017 and requiring 250 Million Dollars to make it seaworthy.
Since it was commissioned into service, NNS ARADU has taken part in major naval exercises, fleet reviews and diplomatic cruises and the deal is expected to restore the vessel to her former glory as Africa’s most powerful warship.
