President Goodluck Jonathan says the Private Sector has a critical role to play in raising and investing three trillion dollars over a thirty year period in infrastructural development under the National Integrated infrastructure master-plan.State House correspondent Hamza Musa Maikarfi reports that the President stated this in a message to the ground breaking ceremony of land for infrastructure swap initiative of the Federal Capital.
