FMR CDS Advocates On Enhanced Intelligence To Fight Insurgency

Former Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral Ola Sa’ad Ibrahim is advocating enhanced intelligence driven strategy for counter Insurgency to checkmate spate of insurgent attacks in the North East. Admiral Ibrahim stated this at the graduation ceremony of the participants of the Executive Intelligence Management Course of the Institute for Security Studies, Abuja.
