Prof. Ike at NNMA Winners' Lecture

Professor Chukwuemeka Ike has called on the Federal Government and Law makers to see how they can encourage the development of indigenous Oil refining technology emerging from the Niger-Delta. The Professor Emeritus made the appeal while delivering a lecture at the 2013 Winner’s Lecture organized by the Nigerian National Merit Award, NNMA. The Winner’s lecture was part of activities for the conferment of National Award on three distinguished Nigerians.
