House of Reps Honours Late Member

A cross section of members of the House of Representatives have described their colleague Raphael Oloye Nomiye as a team player and cerebral legislator whose commitment to the Nigerian project is unparallel. At a valedictory session in his honour, the lawmakers concluded that a purposeful life is that which is lived in the service of humanity.
