Demolished House Judgement

Owners of the 372 Housing Apartments demolished at Lugbe Extension in FCT in 2011 will not be compensated, but the Land which the FCT Authority revoked must revert back to them. This is the order of an FCT High Court which gave a judgement on the petition by owners of the demolished houses.
