dominated the engagement between the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris and members of the centre for media and society.
Observations for a new approach to press freedom, reforms of broadcasting legislation, strengthening community broadcasting, deepening citizen engagement and energising inclusion, the Minister reassured are already on the front burner of the government through the ministry of Information and National Orientation.
Centre for Media and Society has acknowledged the policy statements and actions of the Ministry so far and pledged to support the ongoing positive narratives that are promoting unity and a peaceful society.
