Cross River State Government’s Facts Finding Committee to hold Public Hearing

On the 15th of June 2023, the state government set up an investigation committee to unravel the true position of all transactions relating to concession of state government industries,land related transactions and government buildings.
Moving forward, the committee after the 12 days of being set up is to hold a public hearing from the 10th to 14th of this month.
Accordingly, the committee in statement made public by it secretary Barrister Anthony Effiom is requesting members of the public to submit memorandum in relation to the terms of reference of the committee on or before the 7th day of this month to the secretary, Facts Finding Committee of Cross River State concession industries and landed properties -Care of…Director Civil litigation,State ministry of Justice -New Secretariat, Calabar.
