Governor Badaru Abubakar Wins Re-election Bid as Jigawa Governor

Jigawa state Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar as won the state governorship election.

He was declared the winner on Sunday after the collation of results.

The governor who contested the election under All Progressives Congress (APC) Platform scored a total of 810,933 votes to defeat his closest rival from Aminu Ringim, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who scored 288,356 votes.
