#OsunDecides; Police Arrests Suspected Vote Buyers

A team of police personnel on election duty at Iwo LG of Osun state arrested 2 persons at St Mary Grammar School Elewe-iwo. They are 1) Muriat Olalekan, male, 61yrs of 11 Oloya Street
2) Hamzat Muniru, male 65yrs old of the Molari compound.

They were searched and the sum of six hundred and four thousand Naira (604,000) was found on them. On interrogation, the suspects confessed that the money is meant for PDP party agent and electoral officials. They further confessed that the money was given to them for that purpose by PDP ward chairman Molete 1- Iwo LG one Mr Akin Abiodun. The case under Investigation.
