Niger Gov’s wife flags off 2018 anti measels campaign

The wife of the Niger State Governor, Dr. Amina Abubakar Bello has flagged off the Measles Campaign 2018 at the Makera Ward of Chanchaga Local Government Area,Niger State.
The yearly program will see children between 9months to 5 years are to receive the Free single dose Measles Vaccine at PHC’s across the state.
She also Added that the Nationwide campaign is to bring Measles to a halt by the year 2020 and making sure children do not die of a preventable disease such as measles, and called on Parents called upon to take their children to the nearest Health Centres for vaccination.
