Nigeria Army Provides Short Code For Its Call Centre

The Defence Headquarters has issued a short code for the Nigeria Army call centre to the general public and organizations. This was made available in a press release issued by the Director Defence Information, Major General, John Enenche in Abuja on Thursday.

“The Defence Headquarters wishes to notify the General Public, Ministries, Departments, and various Agencies in Nigeria, that the Nigerian Army has established an Information Call Centre where the Nigerian Army could be easily reached for the purpose of information sharing.

“The dialing short code call number is 193 and the e-mail address to send message is; na.callcentre@army.mil.ng

“The centre is to provide a platform for gathering and sharing of information for quick intervention, in view of the security challenges being witnessed across the country.” He said.

General Enenche advised: “Ministries, Departments, Agencies and the General public are hereby urged to take note and make effective use of the Nigerian Army Call Centre to provide timely information on suspicious persons or movements, as well as criminal elements in the society, for prompt action.”
