NILS To Introduce HND In Parliamentary Administration        

Towards enhancing technical knowledge for the legislature, the National institute for Legislative Studies (NILS) is collaborating with the National board for Technical Education, NBTE to institutionalize a special Manpower development programme under the NILS Higher National Diploma in Parliamentary administration project.

National Assembly correspondent, Denis Adegunloye reports that this was agreed during a 5-day Pre-critique workshop for Curriculum Development for HND Legislative Studies by NILS in Abuja.

 

Another 100 Youths Empowered In Niger

Hoodlums Vandalize Cables In Kubwa

Hoodlums have vandalized various sizes of underground electric cables along a two kilometer stretch of the Kubwa Expressway, causing power outage in some neighborhoods along that axis.

AfDB President: Nigeria Is Too Big To Fail

The African Development Bank has restated its commitment to supporting Nigeria’s socio-economic development aspirations saying the country is too big to fail.

President of the bank Dr. Akinwumi Adesina who said this in an audience with President Muhammadu Buhari explained that six hundred million dollars have already been approved for Nigeria as the first tranche of its supportive gesture.
