President Buhari Inaugurates Edo State University  

President Muhammadu Buhari has restated his administration’s commitment to meet the needs of the ordinary people through provision of social amenities and infrastructure that have direct bearing on the well being of the citizens.

President Buhari stated this in Iyamho, Edo state while inaugurating the newly constructed Edo state university by Governor Adams Oshiomole’s administration.

The president extolled Governor Oshiomol’s foresight, hard work and personal integrity towards uplifting the standard of living of the people of Edo state and commended the quality of projects executed by the Governor.

President Buhari stated that his administration has succeeded in uniting the nation despite its diverse ethnicity and prevailing challenges.

Senate Committee Meets FCT Minister  

FCT minister, Mohammed Bello has explained that the 238 hectares of land that has been in contention between the Nigerian army and civilians was actually earmarked for the army in 1996.

This was at a meeting with the senate committee on FCT and the chief of army staff.

Director General NTA at Book Presentation on Anti –Corruption

The present administration’s fight against corruption and a change in attitude for doing what is good for Nigeria further got a boost through the presentation of two books titled “know about corruption” and “rebirth of conscience”.

Lai Mohammed was represented by the director-general of the NTA, Yakubu Ibn Mohammed.
