National Library Of Nigeria Gets New CEO

The new Chief Executive of National Library, Prof. Lenrie has advocated participatory leadership and pledged to be transparent and fair.

He stated this while taking over the mantle of leadership from the outgoing Chief Executive, Mallam Habib Abba Jata who expressed confidence in the ability of his successor to consolidate on his achievements and move the institution to greater heights.

It will be recalled that, President Muhammadu Buhari recently appointed Professor Lenrie Olatokunbo Aina as the new National Librarian for the National Library of Nigeria.

The new National Librarian, a Professor Of Library and Information Sciences is immediate past Dean of the Faculty Of Communications and Information Science, University Of Ilorin and until his appointments, a Visting Professor, Africa Regional Centre of Information Science, University Of Ibadan.
