Minister: Have Terminated All My Social Media Accounts
The Minister of State, Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika, has warned the public against falling into the hands of criminals who use his name to dupe people on social media.
He maintained, that the over 20 Facebook accounts and twitter handles bearing his name and pictures, announcing the distribution of motorcycles and other items were not created by him.
The minister, while addressing newsmen on Friday in Abuja, said that he had quit his Facebook account, twitter handle and other social media platforms.
He stressed that he does not distribute motor cycles on social media and that he does that openly in his constituency headquarters and senatorial district headquarters as stated on Facebook.
He said that the over 20 Facebook accounts and twitter handles bearing his name and pictures, announcing the distribution of motorcycles and other items were not created by him.
Sirika said that he no longer has a Facebook account, twitter handle and other social media platforms and that he does not give people jobs on internet.
