Olu Falae Kidnapped, Police Blames Fulani Herdsmen

Former secretary to the Federal Government and National leader of the Social Democratic party, Olu Falae has been reportedly kidnapped on his farm at Ilado in Akure North council area of Ondo state.

In a swift reaction, Ondo state commissioner for Information, Kayode Akinmade said the state government condemned the attack blamed on Fulani herdsmen.

Speaking to NTA News, he challenged security agencies to speed up action in the search and rescue that Chief Falae is found and released immediately. He said it is in-human to subject the 77 year-old man to unnecessary hardship.
