SERVICOM Esatblishes The Need For Better Service Delivery Initiative

The need to further deepen service delivery for greater impact so that Nigerians can enjoy better services from Ministries, Departments and Agencies has been re-emphasized at a strategic session organized by SERVICOM in collaboration with the council of NODAL Officers in Abuja.

SERVICOM is an executive instrument that maintains service delivery in Nigeria and it has been propelled by the federal government’s commitment entailed in government service delivery initiative to make the MDAs more efficient, customer focus in there service delivery procedures and processes in Nigeria.

SERVICOM seeks to carry out a three weeks ministerial evaluation of all MDAs to examine the level of compliance to service charters, check functionality level, tackle challenges peculiar to different MDAs  and heighten public awareness about the damaging effect of service failure to the Nigerian Society.
