IGP Solomon Arase Mandates Police Commands Nationwide to Tighten Security During Sallah Celebrations

In a bid to ensure hitch-free sallah celebrations, the Inspector-General of Police Solomon Arase has mandated command commissioners of police nationwide on improved and water-tight security during and after Sallah celebrations.

Special attention shall be paid to all places of worships, critical public places and other vulnerable points prone to criminal attack.

The Police high command is hopeful that the operational strategies adopted by the force and renewed collaboration with the public will yield positive results.
