CSJ On Violation of Election Campaign

The Independent National Electoral Commission – INEC, has been called upon to investigate alleged violation of the Electoral act by Political parties and their candidates, and proffer sanctions in line with the section 100 which spells out the do’s and don’ts of campaign funding.
Speaking to the media in Abuja, Eze Onyekwere of the Centre for Social Justice says the violations call for prompt attention.
