The Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, NCPC, is to introduce youth pilgrimage in 2015. This is after recording what it called a successful 2014 pilgrimage with fifty per cent of pilgrims self sponsored and commissioning of pilgrims centre in the commission. The chairman of NCPC, Most Rev. Nicholas Okoh made these known while presenting the report of 2014 pilgrimage in Israel, Rome and Greece to the secretary of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim in Abuja. Correspondent Chimdimma Ndubisi reports that after rounding off its 2014 pilgrimage year with a retreat and thanksgiving service, the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission, NCPC,  delegation was at the office of the secretary to the government of the Federation to submit 2014 report. Though considered a commendable exercise it nevertheless encountered some challenges. Lending its support for the lottery programme, the SGF commended the commission for successfully airlifting pilgrims from twenty three and the FCT. The Chairman of the commission also prayed for the peace and unity of the country as the general election draws near.
