Government Will Rather Hand Over Power to the Military, Rather than to GMB – Okupe Reacts

The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity has reacted to what it described as phantom allegation on Special Media by APC Spokesperson Mallam Garba Shehu, that where he alleged that on Official of the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President posted some comments on social media suggesting that Government will rather hand over power to the Military, rather than to General Muhammadu Buhari in the event that the APC Candidate wins the elections. A statement by Doyin Okupe denies that the comments were never made by anyone in his office. Emphasizing  that the APC claim is absolutely false mischievous and malicious. 

Adding that Doyin Okupe has never and will never associate himself with thoughts or actions which run contrary to the tenets of democracy, rule of law and the right of Nigerians to freely elect those who govern them.
