Jurisprudence of Nigeria’s Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission has called for greater attention to be paid to the laws and Jurisprudence that will finally determine the fate of the nation’s elections if they have to go to court. Chairman of INEC, Professor Attahiru Jega made this call in his message to the opening of an International Conference of Electoral Jurisprudence in Africa.
