by Edino Justice
.The Former Federal Commissioner for information Edwin Clark has condemned the recent burning and the destruction of the People’s Democratic Party PDP’s Campaign vehicles in parts of Nigeria, saying the acts were signals of intimidation.

Chief Clark stated this while receiving coordinators of the Northern Youth Movement for Positive Change in Abuja. Representing youths from the nineteen northern states the leaders acknowledged that at no time was President Jonathan against the north. They emphasized that his achievements in education, road construction, railways, job and wealth creation are unparalleled.
Chief Clark who criticized the alleged removal of campaign posters in parts of the country emphasized that ballot boxes should decide 2015 election rather than intimidation. He appealed that people should put the love for the country above religious sentiments that Nigeria should see insecurity as a national problem.
He also appealed to the north to support the south to complete its second term as the north had enjoyed the support of the South-South right from 1953 through 1979 and year 2000.
