State Speakers hold Interactive Session with Members of Civil Society Groups

The Conference of Speakers of States Houses of Assembly says the fourth Alteration Bill awaiting states votes if passed will help in enforcing and entrenching the importance of constitution to  governance process in Nigeria.  This was during an interactive session between the Speakers and Members of the Civil Society Organizations.
