Court Stops PDP In Taraba

The People’s Democratic Party PDP has been ordered by the federal High Court in Abuja not to act on the delegates ward and other congresses of the party held in Taraba state on the first of November. In an exparte order of the court, Justice Adeyemi Ademola granted on interim injunction brought by Senator Joel Ikenga, Sale Habu and few others on behalf of all the delegates returned on the 1st November in the ward congresses held in Taraba state pending the substantive matter.
