Nigerians, particularly those in the North East have been assured that all the cost territories to the Boko Haram insurgents will soon be reclaimed and normalcy restored in the areas. This is the outcome of an interaction between the Senate Committee on Defence and Army and the Chief of Army Staff Lt. General Kenneth Minimah on the prevailing security situation in parts of the country.
