Senate C’ttee On Ethics Receives Petition Against SEC.

The chairman Senate committee on Ethics Privileges and Public Petition, Senator Ayo
Akinyelume has urged the security and exchange commission to carry out its
assignment in a fair and just manner towards having more efficient and transparent
dividend payment system, in line with the provision of section 382 of the companies
and Allied matters Act. The chairman made the call when he received various petitions brought before the committee at a hearing in the Assembly
