Jonathan Congratulates Uduaghan @ 60

President Goodluck Jonathan has commended Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State for service to his people.President Jonathan said this in a congratulatory message to the Governor on his 60th birthday which comes up Wednesday.He urged the Governor to continue to uphold the ideals of Good Governance in running the Affairs of the State.
