Legal Aid Council of Nigeria Holds National Conference

With the rising number of mentally-ill persons in the nation’s prisons, the provision of treatment centres for them is taking centre stage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The strategies are being examined at a national conference by the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, Prisoners Rehabilitation and Welfare Action and the United Nations office on Drugs and Crime.
