The House of Representatives Plenary of Tuesday was thrown into rowdy session following a walk out staged by members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) over what they termed “ An attempt by the Rulling Party members to sweep under the carpet the alleged smuggling of 9.3 million dollars reportedly meant for the procurement of fire arms and ammunitions for a Nigerian Government security outfit from SouthAfrica.
