Lightening Destroys Apo Transformer In Abuja

The Authorities of the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN, says lightening has damaged one of the four transformers at the APO Power sub-station Abuja.The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company Mr Mack Kash while announcing the damage says many areas in Abuja will be affected.
He added that a team of Engineers after assessing the extent of the damage would
determine how soon power would be-restored in the areas
