Anti-Corruption Sensitization: EFCC and NCC hold Interactive Session
Section 6 of the EFCC act requires the commission in addition to it’s enforcement responsibilities, take measures to prevent economic crime

Among such measures is public enlightenment, against the backdrop that it is cheaper to prevent crimes than fight it. It was on this premise that the EFCC recently held an interactive session on anti-corruption with the staff of Nigeria Communications Commission, NCC.

Represented during the session by the deputy director public affairs, Mr Osita Nwajah, the EFCC boss, Ibrahim Lamorde commended the Nigerian Communication Commission, N.C.C. for its zero tolerance on corruption attributing the growth in the telecommunication industry to its disposition towards transparency.
