Judicial Reforms and Africa's Progress

Political leaders in African democratic nations have been told that their quest for development cannot be achieved if they do not strengthen the Judicial arm of their countries. Chief Justice of South Africa, Justice Mogoeng Thomas Mogoeng made this assertion in Abuja at the Opening of a two-day Conference on Judicial Reforms.
