CONFAB C’TTEE ON IMMUNITY CLAUSE

In line with its resolve to decentralize government in Nigeria, the National Conference committee on devotion of powers wants the national revenue sharing formula to be reviewed in favour of the state government.

Similarly the committee on politics is pushing for the removal of the immunity clause from the constitution.
