ABUJA COURT RESTRAINS HOUSE OF REPS OVER

A Federal High court sitting in Abuja has issued an order of interim injunction restraining the national Assembly and the House of Representatives from summoning or directing the appearance of the minister of petroleum resources Mrs. Diezani Alison Madueke before it. Justice Ahmed Mohammed gave the order. Judicial correspondent Femi Okeowo reports
