Petroleum Minister on Crude Oil Theft

The Petroleum Minister, Mrs Diezani Alison Madueke has advocated an all inclusive remedy to crude oil theft with Nigerians in the Diaspora playing a critical role. The Minister said this in London, while speaking as one of the 25 Africans transforming the African Continent listed by the UK based Power media in its 2014 power list.
