Population Commission Gets Ready for Headcount

The National Population Commission NPC says it has put house in order and plans are under way for conducting a successful 2016 census. Acting chairman of the Commission, Dr. Sam Ahiwe disclosed this in Abuja after meeting with commissioners in the organization.
