NUJ on Quacks

The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ, Abuja Council has concluded plans to commence surveillance with a view to tracking down what he described as quack journalists. The Chairman of the Council Mr. Chuks Ehirim stated this at a Media Conference in Abuja.

He says the Union has discovered that some people parades themselves as media consultants and publishers extorting money from unsuspected Nigerians especially in Abuja. The NUJ Chairman said that security agencies have been alerted on the menace of quacks in society.
