Borno Governor on Peace

Borno state Governor Alhaji Kassim Shettima has promised stakeholders that gradual confidence building is being entrenched among the people towards ensuring that peace and harmony prevails in the state. The Governor stated this to state house correspondents after the inauguration of the Presidential resettlement committee for Nigerians affected by ICJ judgment in Chad area of Borno state. He said his government and the People are taking measures to ensure that normalcy returns. Governor Shettima said partnership will continue to be extended to relevant agencies for peace to return.
