Speaker Abbas Engages Nigerian Youths

Speaker, House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas will on Wednesday engage a segment of the Nigerian youth who are currently participating in the Legislative Mentorship Initiative.

The engagement tagged ‘An afternoon with the Speaker’ is scheduled to take place at the National Assembly and is coming about a month after the House town hall meeting attended by 25 youth groups.

The Speaker is expected to highlight the initiatives by the 10th House to support youth leadership and encourage their participation in politics.

The Legislative Mentorship Initiative targets youths interested in public sector leadership especially in the legislature.
