New Permanent Secretaries Inaugurated

The eight new permanent secretaries took turns respectively for their oath of office before the president just before the commencement of this Wednesday’s meeting of the federal executive council.

They are to fill the vacant positions in the highest cadre of the Federal civil service.

Out of them, Emanso Umobong is representing Akwa Ibom state, Emeka Obi – Anambra state, Fatima Mahmood – Bauchi state, Mohammed Danjuma – Jigawa state, Olubunmi Olusanya – Ondo state and Maryam Keshinro – Zamfara state.

Chinyere Akujobi is representing South-East while Christopher Ikokpunwu represents the South-South geo political zone.

Head of the civil service of the federation, Folashade Yemi-Esan implores the new permanent secretaries to hit the ground running with fresh vigor while making diligence their watch word.
