The House of Representatives has decried the increasing rate of tertiary institutions that are yet to access the interventions of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund with a call on TETFUND to bridge the gap.
This was during an oversight visit by lawmakers to the management and staff of the TETFUND in Abuja.
